We work closely with a female-owned factory in Thailand, where workers are treated with utmost respect and paid fair wages. We are proud to promote inclusivity, hiring workers regardless of their background, gender, or sexual orientation. In our commitment to equality, the factory provides non-gendered washrooms for both workers and clients. As a majority of our workers identify as female, we ensure that free feminine products are available for all

Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: Dispatch is same-day or next business day. It takes about 3-9 business days to deliver to your home depending on your location
Q: What to do if I'd like to change my order detail?
A: Contact us as soon as possible. As long as the order has not been dispatched. We will be able to make adjustment to your order.
Return & Exchange
Q: How can I exchange my order?
A: We do not accept exchange for our online order. Please return the dress and order another one
Q: Can I return the dress(es)?
A: Yes! We have 14 days return policy from the day you receive it. Please contact us by email or by Chat function if you'd like to return any items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
